The Maltese Dog
The Maltese Dog is also known as the Hungarian Maltese Dog and the Mudi Dog. Native to Hungary, it is an excellent tracker and hunter and the best protector of livestock. He is loved by people for his courage and harmony.
1. Appearance
It is a medium-sized herding dog with a wedge-shaped head, triangular erect ears, and a significantly downward slope of the backline. The hair on the head, hands and feet is relatively short but very thick. Smooth. The hair on the rest of the body is long and has a wavy appearance. Key ratio: The length of the body is approximately the same as the height of the withers. Chest depth slightly less than half the height of withers. The length of the muzzle is slightly less than one-half of the total length of the head; color: light brown, brown, black, gray. The coat color is usually black, but white is also often seen. In addition, there are two types of "miscellaneous flowers" whose colors are evenly distributed throughout the body. Coat: The hair on the head, hands and feet is relatively short but very smooth. The hair on the rest of the body is long and has a wavy appearance, which is deep and bright in color. The length of the hair is about 3-7 cm. Skin: Tight, not wrinkled.
