Northern Grass Lizard
The Northern Grass Lizard is thin and small. Lizards, this kind of lizards will experience sexual dimorphism in head size and changes in feeding habits during their development.
The snout of the northern grass lizard is slightly blunt, and the snout is about the same length as the distance between the eyes and ears; the external nostrils are located on the nasal scales, and the posterior nasal scales are on the first one between the scales; the ear holes are large. Almost as long as eye diameter. The hands and feet are relatively developed, reaching each other's palms when they are close to each other, and a pair of mouse webs are in the nest.
There are symmetrically arranged large scales on the top of the head, the large scales on the back are arranged in vertical rows, and the large scales on the abdomen are nearly square. The tail is easy to cut off. The back of the body is greenish brown, the belly is grayish white, and the lower side of the body is green. The body is slender, about 50-60 mm, and the tail is more than twice the body length.
