Red swordfish

Beyond the mark, the lower lobe of the male fish's caudal fin spreads like a sword, and some are longer than the body length, hence its name. The primitive species in nature are light blue-green in color. A needle-like fin ray extends from the lower edge of the male's tail fin. Commonly known as sword tail, female fish have no sword tail, sword tail fish is an indispensable species in the aquarium. Through artificial breeding, its body colors have become richer, including red, white, blue, etc. Its representative fish include red sword, green sword, white sword, black-fin red sword, black-fin white sword, mandarin duck sword, etc.
